Guidelines Presenters Onsite Parallel Presentation

General Guidelines

  1. Presenters and participants who participate in the onsite Parallel sessions must attend the  sessions on-site and do the presentation based on the schedule. 
  2. You can choose to join any parallel sessions and workshops you wish to attend.

Presenters

  1. Each presenter should check and follow ICELLE 2 schedule. 
  2. There are four parallel sessions: two sessions on the first day and two sessions on the second day. 
  3. Each parallel session is scheduled for an hour. 
  4. Each onsite parallel session will be divided into 5 rooms. 
  5. There are 3 to 4 presenters in one room. 
  6. Each onsite presentation is limited to 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A). Please ensure that your presentation slide has been submitted to the committee prior to the conference dates. 
  7. Presenters should use the laptop provided in the parallel rooms. 
  8. All presenters must be in their room throughout their scheduled presentation session. 
  9. There will be a room keeper who is responsible for managing the session to run smoothly. 
  10. The room keeper will help if there are any technical problems.
