Paper Submission and Publication
This year’s ICELLE has managed to publish selected papers in different outlets: national-accredited journals (Journal of English Education and Teaching/ JEET – SINTA 2 and Globish- SINTA 4), an International proceeding, and book chapter. The committee will also provide BEST PAPER Award.
The selected papers for publication will go through rounds of selections, reviews, and revisions. The whole process might take few months depending on the publishing outlets. All notifications regarding the publication process will be notified via email.
Globish; is an English-Indonesian Journal of English education and culture published by English education program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (p-ISSN 2301-9913, e-ISSN 2597-9132) , in collaboration with ASIAN TESOL .This journal has been ACCREDITED by The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology with Fourth Grade (SINTA 4) published twice annually – every January and Manuscripts will be initially reviewed based on the relevance to the journals above by the conference committee. The manuscripts will be further reviewed by respective journals’ editors and must adhere to the journals’ guidelines and templates. The reviewers’ decisions on the manuscript are final. The following chart depicts the stages of manuscript reviews conducted in ICELLE.

Presenters
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PRESENTERS
- Presenters who participate in the Parallel Sessions onsite must attend the sessions onsite and do the presentation as scheduled.
- The duration of onsite presentations is 10 minutes maximum.
- Presenters who register for online Parallel Sessions or Research Student Session must record their presentation and upload the link or the file to be showed during the sessions (further details in the next page).
- Pre-recorded presentation is 10 minutes maximum.
- All presenters (onsite and online) are expected to attend the presentation session to participate in the Questions and Answers Sessions.
- Instructions for the presenters to submit the pre-recorded presentation is available here.
Participants
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PARTICIPANTS
- All (onsite or online) participants can select the parallel session rooms they wish to attend.
- The onsite participants can join all features of ICELLE 2.
- Onsite parallel sessions cannot be attended by the online participants.
- Workshops will be held hybrid, recorded, and shared on FKIP Bahasa Inggris UMT’s youtube channel a few days after ICELLE 2 has finished.
- All participants will be given links to join the conference one week before the conference dates.
