If more than one presenter will give the presentation, submit only one video.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You are required to record your presentation for max 10 minutes. Please note that all presenters must present in the virtual room for the question-and-answer session, which is approximately 5 minutes (not recorded\/live session).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Deadline to submit the PRE-RECORDED PRESENTATION is Sunday, August\u00a0 20, 2023. Submissions will not be accepted after this date and will be considered a no-show presentation. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The requirements of the video presentation are as follows:<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The maximum duration is 10 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Display the slides and the face of the presenter, one of the paper\u2019s authors.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Start with a short introduction of the presenter.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Video must have sufficiently good resolution.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The video format is MP4 file.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The video file name is ICELLE 2 &#8211; the presenter\u2019s or the first presenter\u2019s name. For example: ICELLE \u2013 M. Abdul Al Manar<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Presenters must upload the presentation video to their own Google Drive folder.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The link to the google drive folder\/ video is then sent to the committee of ICELLE 2 by email. 9.
