  1. Presenters and participants who participate in the onsite Parallel sessions must attend the\u00a0 sessions on-site and do the presentation based on the schedule.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  2. You can choose to join any parallel sessions and workshops you wish to attend. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Presenters<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. Each presenter should check and follow ICELLE 2 schedule.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. There are four parallel sessions: two sessions on the first day and two sessions on the second day.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    3. Each parallel session is scheduled for an hour.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    4. Each onsite parallel session will be divided into 5 rooms.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    5. There are 3 to 4 presenters in one room.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    6. Each onsite presentation is limited to 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A). Please ensure that your presentation slide has been submitted to the committee prior to the conference dates.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    7. Presenters should use the laptop provided in the parallel rooms.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    8. All presenters must be in their room throughout their scheduled presentation session.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    9. There will be a room keeper who is responsible for managing the session to run smoothly.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    10. The room keeper will help if there are any technical problems.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
